Back in 1948 Cav. Corradi Guerrino found the ideal place to set up his company: the hills of Langhirano, an area rich of woods and where the quality of the air and the unique climate were perfect for a natural and slow maturation of our ham. Day after day our ham has been processed by specialists with dedication, scrupulous care and with the strictest respect for tradition. Today, this long story of skilful commitments has translated into enviable experience. We are among the founders of the Parma Ham Consortium (Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma), an organisation set up to safeguard the name of our product. We are therefore proud to brand our five-point ducal crown logo which guarantees the excellent quality of our product to our clients.
